Sarzana

Sarzana is a lovely town, full of atmosphere, especially in the evenings.  I made the effort to get up early one morning (not easy) and went for a bit of a wander.  The clean-up crews were out and about sweeping the streets and picking up rubbish from the festivities the night before.

The cats were also out and about...

For the two evenings we ventured out, painters gathered in a nearby piazza and worked on their artworks. Here's a selection of some of their works...
